Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Willingness to participate in or lead monthly meetings.
Willingness to attend meetings to discuss company initiatives.

Nice To Haves

New graduate looking for strong mentorship and support.
Experienced clinician ready to step into leadership.
Interest in OCS, COMT, or other certifications.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
