Upstream Rehabilitation is a network of over 1200 clinics across the country, with 26 brand partners, leading the outpatient rehabilitation field. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure

Responsibilities

• Providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs.
• Connecting with patients and clinical team members within the organization.
• Delivering the highest quality care and meeting standards of clinical excellence.
• Leading a team.
