About The Position

This position is designed for a physical therapist who is looking for the opportunity to lead and grow an established clinic with Accelerated Physical Therapy in Spartanburg, SC. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, mentoring teams, creating a strong clinic culture, and helping drive continued growth while still maintaining a strong connection to patient care. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to have meaningful influence over the direction and success of a clinic rather than simply stepping into a staff PT role.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.
  • Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
  • Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Nice To Haves

  • At least two years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence-Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
  • Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process.
  • Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Take ownership of the clinic’s success by leading from the front—supporting the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere using our intentional culture and organization values.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing staffing needs to support clinic efficiency.
  • Assess clinic performance metrics provided by the Business Intelligence team and provide feedback to leadership and clinic staff on opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance clinic visibility.
  • Engage in local networking, outreach initiatives, and participate in educational events to promote the clinic.
  • Support efforts to strengthen the clinic’s reputation and expand its referral base within the community.
  • Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant with all guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance in all operations.
  • Contribute to budgeting and participate in strategic planning for overall clinic performance.
