About The Position

Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager for a full-time position in Midland Park. This role involves providing daily management and supervision of services at an assigned center, utilizing a diverse knowledge base and skill set for patient treatment and staff development. The Center Manager will facilitate team dynamics, ensure efficient facility functions, and engage with the organization and community to grow the business. Responsibilities include staff and financial management of the outpatient center, identifying key indicators and their influences, and communicating with the Regional Director regarding clinical and operational performance updates.

Requirements

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required.
