About The Position

Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager for their Totowa location. This full-time position involves managing and supervising services at an assigned center, utilizing a diverse knowledge base for patient treatment and staff development. The role focuses on facilitating team dynamics, efficient facility operations, and community engagement to grow the business. The Center Manager is responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center, identifying key performance indicators and influencing them. Regular communication with the Regional Director regarding clinical and operational performance updates is expected.

Requirements

Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required.
