Physical Therapist Center Manager Up to $20K Sign-on Bonus
About The Position
Banner Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced physical therapist to lead its outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Mesa, Arizona. The Center Manager will oversee the outpatient therapy team and provide preventative and rehabilitative services to maximize patient functionality and well-being. The clinic specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, spine care, pain management, and advanced manual therapy techniques. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a starting salary of $90,000, commensurate with experience. Incentives include a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and $350 per month in student loan repayment for the life of the loan. Relocation assistance is available. Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid state physical therapy license.
- CPR certification.
- Experienced physical therapist and clinical leader.
Responsibilities
- Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training to support staff development and growth.
- Assist leadership in growing the center and market through program and business development.
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts.
- Assist with managing and resolving employee relations issues.
- Help develop strategies to increase profitability.
- Provide an exceptional patient care experience.
- Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and provide preventative and rehabilitative services.
