About The Position
We are looking for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. At InHome Therapy, we prioritize our therapists. If you are seeking home health PTA jobs with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume, this role could be an excellent fit. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time home health PTAs in and around North Philadelphia to treat adult and geriatric populations. This position offers a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools such as a tablet, data plan, and supplies. We also offer paid training, ongoing mentorship, therapy-first clinical and administrative support, and opportunities for growth and career advancement.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
