About The Position
AVIR AT LUBBOCK, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its in-house therapy team. The role provides care to patients and residents with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. The team offers opportunities to create programs in balance, gait, functional maintenance, sensory integration, return to home, and other areas. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available. Vital Therapy is a network of more than 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma, and emphasizes in-house therapy, patient and resident well-being, leadership development, and quality of care.
Requirements
- Current Texas PTA license.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients and residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Create therapy programs in areas such as balance, gait, functional maintenance, sensory integration, and return to home.
