Requirements

Active (or eligible) Connecticut PTA license
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
Compliance with all state regulations

Responsibilities

Assist Physical Therapists with patient evaluations and treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic exercises and treatments to support recovery
Document patient progress accurately and maintain confidentiality
Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation
Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care
