About The Position

Join a skilled nursing rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The PTA will provide rehabilitative treatment services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) experience required
• LTC/SNF or Rehab experience required
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant License required
• BLS Certification required
• Ability to work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist required
• Strong communication and patient care skills required

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with geriatric and rehabilitation populations preferred
