About The Position

Advance your career in rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week in a skilled nursing facility setting. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients experiencing functional limitations due to illness, injury, surgery, or age-related conditions, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life through individualized therapy plans and evidence-based interventions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required
• LTC/SNF or Rehab experience required
• Active Occupational Therapist License required
• BLS Certification required
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team required
• Excellent communication and documentation skills required

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with geriatric and rehabilitation populations preferred
