About The Position

Care IV Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide PRN or part-time home health physical therapy visits. The role involves treating patients in their homes and assisted living facilities, following physical therapy care plans, documenting patient progress, and updating the physical therapist on patient status. The position requires an active license or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Arkansas and at least six months of PTA experience. Home health experience is preferred but not required. A COVID vaccine is required as a condition of employment, absent reasonable accommodations, in compliance with CMS guidelines and conditions of participation.

Requirements

• Actively licensed or registered as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Arkansas.
• At least 6 months of PTA experience.

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes and assisted living facilities.
• Follow physical therapy care plans and perform physical therapy.
• Document or chart patient progress.
• Update the physical therapist on patient status.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
