About The Position
Post Rehabilitation Services is looking for a PTA to join the rehab department at Ayer Valley. You'll support residents as they regain strength and practice moving safely, with treatment tailored to their goals in a skilled nursing setting.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver treatment under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
- Guide residents through mobility exercises, walking, and transfer practice
- Reinforce safe use of prescribed assistive devices
- Monitor residents' comfort and tolerance, sharing changes with the PT
- Document each session and collaborate with nursing and fellow clinicians
