About The Position

Functional Pathways is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team at Falcons Landing, a premier Life Plan Community in Sterling, VA. This role is within a CARF-accredited facility that has been recognized for its excellence. Falcons Landing provides state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities, a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and serves a dedicated population. The community is located in the Washington, D.C. metro area and caters to former members of the armed forces, US government employees, and their spouses. Functional Pathways emphasizes a supportive, ethical, innovative, and values-driven environment with a strong focus on customer service. They have 30 years of experience providing clinical services and utilize evidence-based programs across the continuum of care, with a holistic, patient-centered approach that includes aquatic therapy and non-invasive interventions. Therapists receive training and certification in specialty programs and company-paid CEUs through MedBridge are available for full-time and part-time employees to support professional growth.

Requirements

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
Active state license required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
