About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bedford, MA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including approximately 60% balance and vestibular rehabilitation and 40% orthopedic care. You'll collaborate with an experienced Physical Therapy team while gaining valuable experience in one of the fastest-growing specialty areas of rehabilitation. Requirements

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Interest in orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation

Responsibilities

Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
Implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients
Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
Utilize advanced rehabilitation technology to enhance treatment outcomes
Document patient care using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives, including fall-prevention programs
