About The Position
Mountaineer Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for its outpatient orthopedic clinic in Summersville, WV. This role involves treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses across all age groups in a general outpatient orthopedic setting. Patient care is delivered one-on-one with one-hour follow-up sessions. The clinic emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and a collaborative team environment. Summersville offers access to outdoor recreational activities. This position is not entry-level and requires a licensed PTA. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Graduated from an accredited PTA program.
- Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in West Virginia.
- Strong clinical skills.
- A passion for patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- An interest in manual therapy is a plus.
