About The Position

Physicians Rehab Solution is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the outpatient orthopedic team at Florida Joint & Spine Institute in Sebring, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-connected practice with a manageable daily caseload and strong clinical support. The role involves treating a general outpatient orthopedic caseload for patients of all ages, with an average of about 11 patients per day for full-time PTAs. There is an opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists in a supportive environment. The clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no weekends or holidays. Flexible scheduling options are available. This is not an entry-level healthcare position, and applicants must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who have graduated from an accredited PTA program. New graduates are welcome and will receive structured mentorship and support.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Must have graduated from an accredited PTA program
• Eligible for Florida Physical Therapist Assistant licensure
