About The Position

Functional Pathways is currently hiring at our Saint Simeon’s Episcopal Home for a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant. Saint Simeon’s Senior Community is nestled on 50 acres in the beautiful Osage Hills of Tulsa, offering senior residences that provide a safe and peaceful retreat for the mind, body, and soul. Our residents benefit from the many walking paths available campus-wide. Two beautiful courtyards and our own Eckel Park that allows our residents the opportunity to take a nature walk and enjoy the hundreds of types of flora and fauna on campus. The Physical Therapist Assistant shall implement the plan of care as established by the RPT and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
