About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to work within a skilled nursing facility, assisting with resident care and rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Strong teamwork skills and resident-centered mindset
Responsibilities
- Follow established care plans created by the supervising therapist
- Deliver therapeutic activities focused on movement, stability, and functional tasks
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate updates
- Support residents during exercises and daily movement activities
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation
