About The Position

Therapy SPOT is a high-quality, multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation clinic located in the City of Bellaire, serving the Greater Houston area. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and medically complex cases. Our model emphasizes one-on-one, evidence-based care while maintaining operational efficiency. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in orthopedic and spine rehabilitation
  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation and gait training (including LiteGait / AlterG)
  • Experience in vestibular and balance disorders
  • Experience in post-operative care (including joint replacement)
  • Experience in strength and conditioning / return-to-sport
  • Experience in pain neuroscience and movement-based care
  • Exposure to advanced techniques such as manual therapy integration, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), LSVT or neurologic programming, pelvic floor considerations, concussion management, and technology-assisted rehab (e.g., virtual reality).

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and medically complex cases.
  • Treat patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
  • Engage in specialized programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
  • Support specialty therapy services based on therapist interests and passions.
  • Participate in clinical development and maintain a high level of engagement, accountability, and teamwork.
