About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions, a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient setting. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, you will be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team collaborating with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.

Aspiration to advance career, potentially as a clinical instructor, clinic lead, operations director, or facility launch.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Treat patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
Participate in specialized programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema.
Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads.
Support specialty therapy services based on therapist interests and passions.
Participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program (opportunity for advanced training and mentorship).
