About The Position

As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, you will be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team collaborating with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.

  • Aspiration to advance career, potentially as a clinical instructor, clinic lead, operations director, or facility launch.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Treat patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
  • Participate in specialized programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema.
  • Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads.
  • Support specialty therapy services based on therapist interests and passions.
  • Participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program (opportunity for advanced training and mentorship).
