Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA
About The Position
We are looking for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. InHome Therapy prioritizes its therapists and is currently hiring for a home health PTA position in and around Port St. Lucie. This role focuses on treating adult and geriatric populations in their homes. The position offers a consistent caseload through an agency partner network, flexible scheduling, therapy-first clinical and administrative support, and opportunities for growth. A tablet with a data plan is provided, along with mileage reimbursement and paid training and ongoing mentorship. The compensation is on a per-visit basis, ranging from $35-50 per visit, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
