About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide acute care rehabilitation services in collaboration with HCA Fort Walton Beach. The role focuses on helping patients make progress toward their functional goals while building positive relationships with patients, families, clinicians, and other hospital team members. The position offers opportunities for professional growth through mentoring, continuing education, and experience with a diverse patient population, including neuro, trauma, and orthopedic cases.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy assistant program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods.
• Build strong relationships with patients to help them exceed their functional goals.
• Maintain positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
