About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time or part-time work providing per-visit care to adult and geriatric patients through its Senior Living office in Williston, Vermont. The office serves territories throughout Washington and Orange Counties.

The PTA helps clients attain or maintain optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. Other activities may be requested. A bonus is available for full-time positions.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in the state of Vermont.
• Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as shown by a school transcript or diploma; alternatively, for those initially qualified before December 31, 1977, one year of appropriate PTA experience and a satisfactory proficiency-exam grade conducted, approved, or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service.
• At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
• Experienced Physical Therapist Assistant.
