We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary therapy team. The ideal candidate will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans to children and/or adults with a variety of physical needs. Requirements

Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current state licensure as a PTA (or eligibility to obtain).
Compassionate, patient, and motivated to help individuals achieve their goals.

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Experience in pediatric or adult rehabilitation preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
Provide hands-on support during therapy sessions focused on improving strength, mobility, coordination, and overall function.
Track and document patient progress in accordance with professional standards and agency policies.
Communicate effectively with therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain a safe, encouraging, and inclusive therapeutic environment.
