Our Berea clinic treats a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-operative patients, individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, balance and vestibular disorders, dizziness, and functional mobility limitations. Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Accurately document patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
  • Treat orthopedic, post-operative, balance, vestibular, dizziness, vertigo, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
  • Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
