About The Position
San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This role is located in a prime Peninsula location, conveniently near the 380 freeway and El Camino Real. The position offers a collaborative clinical environment with an easy commute from San Francisco, South San Francisco, and Millbrae. The opportunity involves delivering high-quality treatments following physician-approved plans to improve and restore resident mobility and function, participating in multidisciplinary conferences, mentoring Restorative Aides, providing caregiver training, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Valid California PTA License.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality treatments following physician-approved plans to improve and restore resident mobility and function.
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to coordinate comprehensive patient recovery.
- Mentor Restorative Aides and provide caregiver training to support successful discharges.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with California PT Board requirements.
