About The Position
At Woven Care, we’re a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We’re looking to hire clinicians who want to collaborate with a strong team and are ready to grow. To attract and retain this kind of team, we do things a bit differently: prioritizing manageable caseloads to cut back on burnout, providing administrative task support so clients remain the focus, and supporting our team with mentorship, learning opportunities and real career growth. You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve. Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships and built in documentation time, so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Colorado DORA PTA license, or eligible to obtain
- 2-5 years of clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions with clients.
- Foster strong client and caregiver relationships.
- Complete documentation with built-in time.
- Collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA therapists.
