Requirements
- Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required.
- CPR/BLS Certification required.
- Valid California Driver License required.
- Reliable Transportation and auto insurance required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired.
- Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required.
- Advanced computer system knowledge.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus.
- Associate degree (Preferred).
- 1 year of Home Health experience (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance in a home health setting.
- Conduct patient visits as per schedule (e.g., 24 RVEs per week for benefited positions, 18 RVEs for part-time, 6 visits for per diem).
- Ensure reliable transportation and possess a valid California Driver License and auto insurance.
- Utilize provided PPE.
