About The Position
We are looking for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. At InHome Therapy, we prioritize our therapists. If you are seeking home health PTA jobs with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume, this role could be an excellent fit. We are currently hiring full-time or part-time home health PTAs in and around Plano to treat adult and geriatric populations. This position is paid on a per-visit basis, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
