About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, build strength, and regain independence through hands-on therapy care.
Requirements
- Active PTA license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and therapeutic exercises
- Support rehabilitation goals focused on mobility, endurance, and functional independence
- Observe patient progress and communicate updates with the rehab team
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
