About The Position

The Physical Therapist Assistant implements the plan of care established by the registered physical therapist (RPT) and physician in a professional and competent manner, maintaining excellence in quality of care. The role is with the therapy team at Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife Community in Lebanon, Ohio, and is offered on a PRN basis. The community provides assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. The position requires an active state license and completion of applicable screenings, certifications, and licensure requirements, which may vary by location.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Certification and licensure as required by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures and clinical programs, with application skills across therapy disciplines.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
