About The Position

ASC Therapies is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant in Indianapolis. The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled care under the supervision of a registered physical therapist and may serve patients across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies. The role includes delivering therapy according to the plan of care, monitoring and documenting patient progress, collaborating on discharge plans, contributing to case management, and maintaining positive interactions with patients and center staff while adhering to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
