About The Position

We are looking for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. At InHome Therapy, we prioritize our therapists. If you are seeking home health PTA jobs with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume, this role could be an excellent fit. We are currently hiring full-time home health PTAs in and around Boca Raton to treat adult and geriatric populations. This position offers a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and tools to reduce windshield time. You will be provided with a tablet, data plan, and supplies. Additionally, we offer paid training, ongoing mentorship, therapy-first clinical and administrative support, and opportunities for growth, including leadership roles and career advancement.

Requirements

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
