About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve movement, confidence, and overall functional ability through hands-on therapy care.
Requirements
- Active PTA license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Carry out physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
- Assist residents with mobility training, strengthening exercises, transfers, and balance activities
- Support residents in reaching functional and mobility goals safely and effectively
- Monitor treatment responses and communicate progress updates with the rehab team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
