About The Position
The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy group in Virginia. The clinic provides individualized patient care through its Complete Care Initiative and offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment with opportunities to grow and learn. New hires receive a two-week orientation and one-on-one mentoring from seasoned team members during their first 90 days. Clinical team members have unlimited access to continuing professional education, including more than 17 in-house courses per year. Compensation is $60,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Exercise and manual-based skills, with sports rehabilitation experience.
- Current Virginia state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills, including the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience to clinic visitors.
- Passion for physical therapy and patient care.
- Outgoing and energetic personality; enjoys having fun at work.
- Mindset and determination to emotionally invest and achieve work goals.
