PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
About The Position
Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join their in-house therapy team in Town & Country, MO. They are a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri, offering a consistent location with no travel between buildings and supportive local leadership. The role involves assisting in delivering treatment plans for a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care. The PTA will work under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals, collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team, document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards, and utilize current equipment and modalities.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
