About The Position

Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Easton Maryland team. This role offers 1:1 patient care, no double-booking, and the opportunity to set your own schedule, prioritizing quality care over high-volume, corporate-style treatment. The practice has been delivering premier outpatient physical therapy services across Maryland and Delaware for over 26 years and is committed to helping clinicians specialize in their fields of interest through mentorship and continuing education.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
• New grads welcome with structured clinical mentorship

Nice To Haves

• Specialty tracks: Orthopedic, Manual Therapy, Pain Science, Dry Needling, Pelvic Floor, Lymphedema

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
• Be involved in treatment/not just evaluations and re-evaluations
• Engage in mentorship, CE, and specialty track development
