About The Position

We are searching for a FULL TIME Physical Therapist - CLINICAL DIRECTOR in our Easton, MD office. The Clinic Director’s primary function is to be the “CEO” of their specific clinic. In this role, they are responsible for the overall performance and management of their clinic, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient experience and high-quality care. The Clinic Director is the chief “culture officer” for their clinic, accountable for inspiring and empowering others to deliver “Wow” service to our clients. They are responsible for exemplifying our mission and values so that everyone is successful and engaged in their role. The Clinic Director works with our leadership and support team to lead the way and collaborate in finding or creating solutions to drive high patient care and operational/financial excellence.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist license
  • New grads welcome with structured clinical mentorship
  • Must be able to deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
  • Must be involved in treatment/not just evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Must collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs
  • Must engage in mentorship, CE, and specialty track development

  • Specialty tracks: Orthopedic, Manual Therapy, Pain Science, Dry Needling, Pelvic Floor Lymphedema

Responsibilities

  • Be the “CEO” of their specific clinic.

  • Deliver the "Wow" factor to patients and the clinical team through a positive attitude.
  • Play a part in creating a positive culture and developing a company of greatness.
  • Practice responsible and appropriate billing practices.
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner as set by company standards.
  • Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care.
  • Be involved in treatment/not just evaluations and re-evaluations.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs.
  • Engage in mentorship, CE, and specialty track development.
