About The Position
San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join their elite rehabilitation team. This role is located in a prime Peninsula location near the 380 freeway and El Camino Real, offering a collaborative clinical environment with an easy commute from SF, South SF, and Millbrae. The position offers flexibility with Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options. The clinical team is a permanent, in-house team that prioritizes patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Valid California PTA License.
- Strong clinical reasoning and a heart for geriatric/subacute care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality treatments following physician-approved plans to restore resident mobility.
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to coordinate holistic patient recovery.
- Mentor Restorative Aides and provide vital caregiver training for successful discharges.
- Maintain precise records in full compliance with California PT Board requirements.
