About The Position

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting for a 13-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week and focuses on assisting the Physical Therapist in delivering rehabilitative care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The PTA will help improve patient mobility, strength, endurance, and functional independence through therapeutic interventions and patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience
• Active State PTA License required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to implement treatment plans under PT supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in SNF or rehab setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and mobility training
