About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide care to a diverse patient population. The role is listed as 8–20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care, and the ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the PTA provides direct patient care and plans and implements treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System. The PTA also contributes to the further development of services and must be flexible to meet system needs across different facilities. Requirements

Hold a PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
Maintain current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities
