About The Position

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents regain mobility, improve functional strength, and achieve meaningful recovery goals in a supportive care setting.

Requirements

• Active PTA license required
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy interventions under the direction of the supervising PT
• Assist residents with gait training, balance work, transfer techniques, and therapeutic exercise programs
• Encourage resident participation and support progress toward functional goals
• Monitor treatment responses and communicate updates with the rehab team
• Maintain organized and accurate clinical documentation
