About The Position

ProActive Physical Therapy Centers is seeking an energetic and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team in either the Clearlake/Webster or Pasadena location. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
• Graduated from an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and people skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Bring energy, compassion, and a positive attitude to patient care
• Want to continue growing professionally
• Believe work can be both meaningful AND enjoyable

Nice To Haves

• Previous clinical experience is preferred, but it is not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a HUGE plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to help patients regain strength, mobility, function, and confidence.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families about home exercise programs.
• Document treatments.
• Collaborate with the rest of the rehabilitation team.
• Encourage patients through difficult times and celebrate their successes.
