About The Position

Spartanburg Regional Home Health provides high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across the Upstate of South Carolina who need skilled clinical services in the comfort of their own homes. Our team supports patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and chronic conditions with a focus on restoring independence, improving mobility, and helping them safely remain at home whenever possible. Services are delivered through a coordinated, interdisciplinary approach that includes physical therapy, nursing, occupational therapy, and other supportive disciplines working closely together around each patient’s goals. For Physical Therapy Assistants, this is a highly rewarding environment that blends autonomy with strong system-wide support. Clinicians manage their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and see meaningful progress over time without the pace constraints of a traditional outpatient setting. You’ll be part of a collaborative home health team within Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, giving you access to shared expertise, established referral networks, and a strong clinical infrastructure while still maintaining the independence that makes home health so appealing.
