Requirements

Physical Therapy Assistant License or pending license (Required)
2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant

Nice To Haves

Licensed PTA clinical: 1 year (Preferred)
Associate degree (Preferred)
Spanish language proficiency (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Carries out the day-to-day patient assignments with the oversight and guidance of the Physical Therapist.
Conducts physical therapy care within the scope of practice, agency policies, and regulations.
Follows company policies and procedures.
Maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, and local standards, rules, and regulations.
Participates in personal professional growth and development.
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination and continuity of care delivery.
Reports all changes in patient findings to the Physical Therapist and, where applicable, the physician.
Performs other duties as assigned.
