Requirements

Physical Therapy Assistant License or pending license.
2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Licensed PTA clinical: 1 year (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

Associate degree (Preferred)
Spanish language proficiency (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Carries out the day-to-day patient assignments with the oversight and guidance of the Physical Therapist.
Conducts physical therapy care within the scope of practice, agency policies, and regulations.
Follows company policies and procedures.
Maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, and local standards, rules, and regulations.
Participates in personal professional growth and development.
Participates with the interdisciplinary team to assure coordination and continuity of care delivery.
Reports all changes to patient findings to the Physical Therapist and, where applicable, the physician.
Other duties as assigned.
