Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Deliver care to post-acute and long-term care patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff
