About The Position

Our Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary, patient-centered outpatient clinic offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy-without the constraints of a hospital-based system. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about neurologic rehabilitation and specialty care to join our growing team in Ridgefield, CT. Requirements

Licensed PTA in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
Interest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation (training available)
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
A clinician who values patient-centered, high-quality care
New grads encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on neurologic and functional outcomes
Develop individualized plans of care with an emphasis on quality and progression
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize innovative tools including HEP platforms, outcomes tracking, and RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring)
Build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers
