Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Ohio PTA license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve functional goals
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
Accurately document treatments and patient responses
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques
Maintain compliance with all clinical, state, and federal regulations
